Meet Magdaline, a dedicated and reliable leader known for her ability to juggle multiple priorities with a positive attitude. As the Supervisor of Child & Youth Services at BoraCare, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that our staff provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children and young people, fostering their physical, emotional, social, and cultural wellbeing.

Magdaline leads and manages the performance of our 24-hour workforce, providing expert guidance to staff to ensure high-quality care. She is highly motivated and demonstrates a remarkable ability to develop and implement successful plans of action to address individual needs. Her strong problem-solving skills help reduce barriers, making her a committed advocate for helping individuals and families.

With a background in counselling, Magdaline is dedicated to facilitating the development, delivery, and maintenance of programs that support the care and wellbeing of children and young people. Having recently moved back to Adelaide from the Northern Territory, she is enjoying her new surroundings and is happy to escape the humid weather!
