Supervisor - Child & Youth Services

Mary is an integral part of BoraCare’s operation team in her role as Supervisor, bringing a wealth of experience in Child, Youth, and Family Support across both government and NGO sectors.

With first-class interpersonal, communication, and planning expertise, Mary offers practical support to individuals, encouraging them to develop skills, realise their aspirations, and make positive changes in their lives. She is known for her person-centred approach, always putting the needs and goals of the people she supports at the forefront.

Mary’s commitment to continual education and her championing of diversity and inclusion are evident in her work. She holds a background in Law from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Science in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Her academic achievements underpin her professional excellence and dedication to making a difference.

 In her spare time, Mary is a long-term volunteer within African Women’s Federation of South Australia, serving as a Public Relations Officer. Her super sharp wit and bubbly nature bring a lot of positivity to our team and to those we support, making her an invaluable member of the BoraCare family.
