Rhiannon

Manager - Child & Youth Services

Rhiannon oversees the operational delivery and clinical practices of BoraCare’s Child and Youth programs, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting children and young people. She holds a Masters of Social Work from Flinders University and is currently completing a Professional Doctorate in Social Work with La Trobe University. Her thesis explores the impact of media on the retention and wellbeing of child protection workers – a reflection of her passion for supporting those who work in this vital space.

With extensive experience across both government and not-for-profit sectors, Rhiannon has developed a strong foundation in trauma informed practice, leadership, and service innovation. She is deeply committed to creating safe, nurturing environments for young people and to strengthening the wellbeing of the workforce that supports them.

Outside of work, Rhiannon brings the same energy and dedication to her personal pursuits, starting her days with early morning Pilates and staying active and grounded. Her boundless enthusiasm and thoughtful leadership make her a valued part of the BoraCare team!
