Meet Sarah, the dedicated leader overseeing the operational delivery of NDIS services to those we support at BoraCare. She ensures culturally responsive, person-centred practices and efficient management of services.

Sarah expertly coordinates staff resources, maintains high-quality support environments, and drives continuous service improvement and growth. Her unwavering commitment to safeguarding and compliance guarantees we meet regulations and policies.

With over fifteen years of experience in the Mental Health, Disability, and Child Protection sectors, Sarah excels at building key relationships and has a strong understanding of NDIS processes. She is an expert in working with individuals with complex needs, including those involved in the criminal justice system, homelessness, and AODs. Her experience in trauma-informed care and early intervention is invaluable.

Leveraging her extensive service management background, Sarah oversees our operations in Adelaide and Whyalla. In Whyalla, she tailors services to the community’s unique needs, making a significant positive impact on local lives. In Adelaide, she enhances urban operations, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and ensures high standards of care, fostering a supportive and thriving community.

Outside of work, Sarah shines as a trivia whiz at her local quiz nights, bringing the same winning attitude and enthusiasm to her role at BoraCare.
