We are excited to introduce Tilly as our HR Coordinator at BoraCare. Tilly is a results-driven HR professional with a proven record of managing various HR functions effectively. She is skilled in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, as well as extensive experience in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and legal requirements.

Tilly is known for her cheery and kind nature and excels in fostering a positive work environment. With her excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with her detail-oriented approach, she is dedicated to leveraging her HR expertise to support the development and success of both our staff and the organisation.

An alumna of Perth’s Edith Cowan University, Tilly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a double major in Marketing and Management, as well as a Master’s in HR and Business Administration International. She brings varied experience, having worked across the care and retail sectors, making her a versatile and valuable addition to our team.

Tilly is passionate about working for an organisation that aligns with her values.
