Quality Assurance and Safeguarding

With a rich 19-year tenure in the community services sector, Tina brings great experience and expertise to her role as BoraCare’s Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Lead.

A Sydney native, Tina has been a driving force in empowering children and youth, transitioning from hands-on roles in residential care, case management and educational support to strategic leadership positions.

In her expansive roles, Tina has spearheaded several re-connect programs addressing homelessness & assisting newly arrived people. Her commitment to ‘Transition to Work’ services has been instrumental in fostering self-reliance and confidence among those she serves. Embracing a philosophy that focuses on equipping individuals with the skills to thrive independently, Tina celebrates the achievements of both staff and clients as they navigate their unique journeys.

At Boracare, Tina’s leadership is marked by her dedication to laying strong foundations. She ensures that the staff is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to provide the highest standard of care for children and young people, safeguarding the agency’s commitment to excellence.

Outside of her professional sphere, Tina embraces the joys of motherhood with her bubbly 2-year-old. An alumnus of the Campbelltown Comets, she unwinds by watching an episode (or two) of her favourite sci-fi show.
