What can I expect after receiving a job offer?

Once you have been offered a position with us, you will be required to complete the following trainings within your first three months.

  • Induction (In-person, 1 full day)
  • EtrainU & Emerging Minds training modules (online)
  • Kid Safe Training (online)
  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (In-person, 4 day training)
  • Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training (In-person, 1 full day training)
  • CALD Cultural Awareness Training (In-person, 1 full day training)

This training program is essential to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role as Child & Youth Support Worker.
